In The News: EU Politics in Knitted Form

Doing the rounds yesterday was this, one knitter's stance on EU politics. Going viral, the pictures reveal knitted dolls resembling Angela Merkel, Nicolas Sarkozy et al engaging in high level political negotiations. In another, my personal favourite, a knitted figure akin to Silvio Berlusconi hosts what appears to be a Bunga-Bunga Party. Could that be the beautiful but ill-fated Ruby the Heart Stealer?
